From most resources I can find, the answer is unfortunately a no.
Symantec discontinued sales of WinFax Pro in 2006, before Windows 7 was released.
You can try right clickling on the icon you use to run winfax pro and try changing the compatibility to win98/Me, but it has been my experience that programs that programs ran via compatibility mode tend to be less than stable.
A commonly advised replacement for WinFax Pro that -is- Win 7 compatible is Faxtalk Pro. Their business website can be found at http://www.faxtalk.com/index.htm. It -is- a commercial product, but they do provide a 15 day free trial, which, hopefully, should be sufficient time to test if it will be a suitable replacement
Yes it should because Microsoft has made its' operating system backwards compatible with all programs prior to it's development. However some hardware devices might not. Therefore you would have to go to their website to download an update. You can also check the Symantec website to verify this application will work with Windows 7.
