Internet is not working well. It's slower than usual and I can not open videos such as you tube videos. I also can not listen to the radio because doesn't work and I have also problems to talk with skype. Maybe one of my friends touch my computer but I don't know what he did, he sad he probably did something with firewalls but I don't know exactly. How can I have my previous connection???

The first step is to determine if it's your computer being slow on the downloads, or is it the router being slow.
The best way to rule out your computer is not the problem is to get some friend who has a laptop to connect to your internet at your house.
If their laptop gets on the internet just fine and plays videos, then the problem is in your computer. If you are not computer savy, then I'd suggest taking it to your local computer store and have them check it out. (some do the check for free)
If they have the same problem with the internet connection then it's probably the router:
The actiontec GT704WG is a router normally provided from the Internet Service Provider (ISP). Contact your ISP and tell them that you internet is slow and that you would like for them to reset your configuration on your router. They either will do it themselves, or walk you through performing the steps.
If your internet connection is DSL, and your phone is on the same line, ensure there are DSL filters on all of the phone lines in the house, and they are correctly installed. It happened on my DSL, the phone tech installed the filters but connected my phone to the DSL side of the filter and every time I got a call, I was kicked off the internet.
Another suggestion is the have the ISP look into why your modem is so slow, and have them check the line quality.

Thanks a lot for your help. I already tried to connect another lab tob and I figured out that the problem is the router and\or my connection. In fact I tried to connect my computer with my neighbours wireless and it worked well. I could see videos and listen to the radio, but not with mine. Can you suggest something to do?
