What is my PUK code - Cell Phones

PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) . To find a PUK code, call up the service provider of your SIM card and ask them to help you with the issue. Before they provide you the PUK code, they will ask you several information regarding the card.Please provide the appropriate information. Customer care of your service provider is the only source who can give you the PUK code.

Note: When you enter a wrong PUK Code 10 times,the SIM card will get rejected and you will end up buying a new SIM card.

You will have to contact your service provider with that puk code. Tell them that your phone is asking for that code and they will look into your account and give you that number. Hope this helps. Thanks
