When I play BF2, the horizontal and twist directions are reversed during heli/air.
I have tried re-assigning keys in both directions, but nothing seems to correct the problem. Any ideas?

Recent v1.5 patch install? Assuming this, go to your BF2 Controls, you'll notice a Falcon column to the right of the regular stick assignments... highlite any control in this column which has a preset Falcon assignment, and press Escape to delete all of them. This worked for my Extreme 3D Pro, which had the same problem that you described. I found this solution from another site, so thanks to that gamer for the fix.
