Sounds like the whole board needs to be replaced, notorius for this problem. Be sure you have power (any lights). If you do, it would probably be the board.
If the lights are on, you have power! unfortunatley it sounds like the entire board could be bad and needs to be replaced. If you have any mechanical aptitude you can do it yourself if still not under warranty. Be sure and turn the breaker to the DW off before starting any repairs!
