Printer problem This printer was working fine on my boss' Applemac. However, I am trying to use if on my PC and laptop using Windows PC. I set it to A4 or A3 and although in the print preview frame it shows the correct sizing and all other settings are correct, it reduces the print area when printing out so it shrinks to only about one quarter of the size i.e. if I send something to print at A3, it prints out at A5. I have tried all the suggestions that Canon have offered me but nothing works. Be grateful for any advice you can give as it seems to shame to have to buy a new printer. Thank you.

Thanks, but have tried all the most obvious things - as you suggested, but still the same problem.

From the Printers & Faxes window, check in the i9950 Printing Preferences, Page Setup tab, for the following settings:

Page Size and Printer Paper Size are both set for the same size (both A4 or both A3).
Printing Type is set for Normal-size Printing

The graphic on the left should now show A4 (or A3) and Normal-size Printing in the legend.

Once that is set, verify from the application you're printing from that these settings are not being changed by the application (Preferences button in the print dialog box).
