Sony Ericsson F305 supprots only Java softwares. Download the java apllications which you need from www.getjar.com after selecting your particular mobile model. The extension of the application should be ".Jar" Then transfer this jar file to your mobile and try installing it. The installation files transfered from other mobiles using bluetooth may not be compactible with your mobile. If your problem still exist, then activate the GRPS, go to wap.getjar.com and try downloading the application directly to your mobile. This should work fine. I hope this is helpful to you.

Yes sure you can store WAP,Blue-tooth,Camera and Voice Recorder downloads into Memory Card as a Default...here is how you can do it:
Go to Menu--Settings--Memory Settings--Default Memory--Select out of the 4 options--select Memory Card--Click Save.

The Problem that you are facing is related to your Phone's RAM and that doesn't fit into your application's minimum memory requirement,hence the problem.
I don't want to go into details but a RAM is a primary memory and the Memory Card is Secondary...they can't be interchanged.
