Put Memory Card in phone, Go to Settings, click Memory, click Phone Memory, click My Pictures, click Options, Choose Copy, Mark the pictures you want to copy, Hit Done button, Then press Yes, Copying will start.

This will copy your photos from your phone to your SD card. Next you will need a printer, computer or adapter with a micro SD slot that allows you then remove the photos from the SD Card. The Keybo instructions say: Insert micro SD card into the micro SD slot of your phone. Format your memory card (MENU > Settings > Card Memory > Options > Format > Enter Lock Code (last 4-digits of your mobile phone number). To connect your phone to your PC via the USB cable that came with your phone simply: 1) insert a microSD card into your KEYBOII and format the card using the directions above. 2. Connect the device to your PC using the included USB cable. Click cancel on the Found new Hardware Wizard. Mass sorage mode will then be initiated. Now you are ready to transfer media from your PC to your hone. Visit www.telusmoblity.com/mobilemusic for more information. Note: Formatting your memory card will create all of the required folders, but ERASE ANY previously entered data. It is important to complete these setps before attempting to transfer media to your phone.

And make sure you have the SD card, not the SDHC card as someone else suggested on these forums.
Not sure if that is true, but I'm heading back to Telus to ask them about it.

I am adding that yes indeed having the wrong SD card will prevent you from saving any photos to it. i got the right one and i'm happy now. Look on the side of your phone to see what kind of card it will take.
