I think my whisper mode is on and I cannot figure out how to turn it off permanently. Callers can hear me, I cannot hear them. I tried the options button when receiving a call on the cellphone and it would let me turn whisper mode off but still couldn't hear caller and then it would return to whisper mode on as soon as the next call came in!

WE have the same problem. We turned off the whisper mode but still no luck. Our warranty just expired so no luck there.
