Just returned home from vacation. recorded 6 discs. I finalized them and they playback on my computer just fine, except for one. one disc will not play; it plays fine for about 30 seconds then freezes. i put the disc back into the handycam and was prompted to "unfinalize." i unfinalized and tried to play in the computer; nothing happened. i re-finalized and the same problem. it plays fine in the handycam before finalizing, but not on the computer. any suggestions? thanks, John

The DVD could be corrupted. Refinalize it and see what happens. Make sure youre using the electrical outlet and not the battery when your doing it.

Hi Bubba, thank for the prompt response. Tried it again using the electrical outlet, but same problem. Plays great in the handycam prior to finalizing, but will not play after finalizing. Strange. But "thanks for trying" and I gave an extra star for being so quick with a response. Thanks, John
