If you are mentioning about the question mark in your keyboard(?) hold the "SHIFT" button and then press the button with question mark symbol.
If you are meaning that the button has stopped working all of a sudden then you might try cleaning the internal part of keyboard and try again.
You have to hold the "SHIFT" key down and then press the ? key
