Hi I have a problem getting sound from my cubase 5 through my USB device an UCA200 to my Behringer xenyx 1222fx mixer and out through my monitors (Edirol MA-20D). Too I have an CME-WIDI wireless mide usb device connected from my keyboard (a Korg TR). It though is connected directly to my computer via USB. I've tried all the connections with the cables and they are right. I'd also figured out about my audio connections in cubase 5 and if all sound in Windows XP as I use are correct. Long time there were trouble with them, but finally I most connections active and correct. I have an out port USB connection which is inactivated. I don't know of which USB devices this is, which is inactivated. (either the UCA200 or CME-WIDI). This last thing could be the problem. But the main thing is that there isn't any sound at all from my instruments. though I can play music and videos from Itunes, Realplayer and the internet. Our maybe that is two different things. Can someone help me.

Check the input and output settings. Look in the preferences or settings menu for "i/o settings" or "i/o setup." You're going to set it from the default internal mic input to this one. It sounds like it may be that simple.

I've had the same problem. It just is like the tracks mix up with each other. It's pretty irritation when you come to the mixing process. You just can't mix track where the first one for example actually is some song. But you also got some guitar from track 2 on it and the guitar track has got track 3 and 4 on it and so on and so on.
How do you fix that problem

First thing to check is look in the Windows Control Panel at the the "Sounds and Devices" and verify that the 2442USB IS the device for both input and output instead of the usual PC audio devices. You should see a pulldown list including both for those... If not, your SW driver is NOT loaded properly.
