The problem of not able to get on to the internet is usually due to the network problem and so might be caused by the service providers. What you have to do is to ask the service providers about the any current problem in their or not. If not then try downloading the mobile settings again. This might probably work. Also in some cases the network providers usually create certain restrictions on using network like there should be minimum balance of this much and all.
