BLINKING PROBLEM WITH PHILIPS FTR9965

Hello,

I hope you can help?

When the receiver is turned on the indicator light start to blink orange/green and after 40 sec is orange.

    tv will not show any thing on screen, light turns green then red blinking

    Same problem I am facing with FTR9965. The TV keep blinking red light and the Box turn to stand by again and again.

    Me too! Its like the screen can't communicate with the reciever properly and both turn on together??

    After a few clicks and amber/green lights the srceen's red light flashes.

    the fuse i can see says 1400 is this the same fuse has anyone taken a picture of where the pip board is please

Hi, take away the PiP-board and the receiver will finction as usual but you will loose the PiP-function.

This solution will cost you "nada"

Hi, I can only pass on info that was obtained from EURAS info system. I was having trouble with the screen at the time, anyway it states that the tuner box is in protection mode & its says to check/replace fuse 1800 (MP40) on PIP board (upper board next to sheilded module. Hope this helps, Allan.
