Page too Complex

When ever I try to print something it tells me "Page too Complex" but I an retry 3 or 4 times and then it will print just fine. It doens't do it everytime, only every 5th or 6th time I try to print something. And I'm not try to print anything big. I just typed in the work TEST and tried to print it and it said "Page too Complex". Can you please tell me why it is doing this?

Turn printer on.
On your printer, press the Menu button.
Press 2 (on the fax dial pad)
Press the right arrow (next to Enter button) until you arrive at "High Speed USB.
Press Enter.
Press right arrow to select "Off."
Press Enter.
Press Enter again.

The printer will reboot automatic.

You can also add memory to the machine which will help. It comes stock with 96MB built in and has one open slot that you can add up to another 128MB for a total of 224MB. There is a cover on the right side of the machine which under the cover you will find the blank slot. DON'T ORDER HP MEMORY AS THE COST IS HUGE!

Order it a compatible memory. 133MHz, 100pin memory is all basically the same as it all runs at 133MHz. HP is $500.00+. The link below is about $25.00.

Sometimes you may come across this type of a problem when the device is not able to print the current page because of its complex nature.
The speed of the USB on the product needs to be lowered. This can be done by turning off the “High Speed USB”.
Given below are instructions to follow from the Secondary Service menu:

Press MENU button to access Secondary Service Menu.
Press the #2 button and use the < arrow to navigate to the High Speed USB selection. Press Enter > OFF > Enter.
Press the Cancel button twice to exit the Secondary Service Menu.
