Question

I was wondering if best buy in portland oregan has a 7.2 mega pixel charger for an exilim casio. My battery went out a couple months ago and now when i plug in the battery in the charger the red light will go on then it will go off and it wont get a full charge i dont know if its my battery or the charger. i also need to know if they will let me test the charger out to see if its the charger or he battery! Thanks!
