How can i return my packard bell model UTOW - SUN serial no 045701320204 back to the factory settings

u have to reinstall windows and while doing it in one of the options will allow u to format hard drive. make sure u do a full back up since once this process is started all of the info will be lost. all of the docs and programs but pc will be back to factory settings. all u need is ur OS cd and about 1 hour. good luck.
