Open the printer (like to change the cartridges) and look for any bits of paper or other material that may be between the rollers that may have torn off of some printer paper and just collected there. You may possibly be able to clean any stuck paper or other stuff like lint with a thin piece of card stock.

Hello, The "e04" error code means is an indication of a water temperature sensor error below 04'c
what it means is that there is over flow of water in the sensor reader around the wire and the sensor

what you have to do to fix up the problem is to unscrew (open)the washer then cleanup the water around and also the dirt sensor and wire and allow it to relax for some time after clean up

please the clean up DOES NOT NEED water or any form of liquid to do this just apply dry cloth for the cleaning.

the best thing that u do first is to clean the fuser unit, esp. the thermostat located there. then you may go to service mode, (function+orig.size+3), F9, look for ram initialize, then look for LBP FUSER RESET.
it will reset all e4 machine error.
