If you are in the same pick up group press the "Pick up" softkey on your phone. If the other phone is in a different pick up group, 1;lift handset, 2; dial **6 , 3; dial number of ringing station.
Ascertain from your system administrator the directed call pickup feature access code, this will allow you to pickup any ringing call as long as you know what ext number is ringing.
