Depends on where you are ... You can not make it run cooler ... what you might do is remove the thermostat which will let the water circulate all the time which might be a little cooler. BUT - If you do this, you will toss out the profile your car uses to run at its best economical and polution free settings. It will cost you more to operate and it will not run as good.

Please dont do it ...
