None of the 5 digit codes I found for GPX tv worked for me on the charter remote. See the directions on the paperwork that comes with your Charter remote, "SEARCHING FOR YOUR CODE". That worked for me on my GPX TE3213B 32" tv. Here's the directions if you no longer have the directions.
1. Turn your tv on.
2. On the remote control, press TV once; it blinks once. Then press and hold SETUP until it blinks twice.
3. Enter 991. The TV key blinks twice.
4. Press 1 and the TV key blinks twice. Then aim the remote at the tv and press power once.
5. Press and release the CH+ key continuously, then stop when the tv turns off.
NOTE: IN THE SEARCH MODE, THE REMOTE CONTROL SENDS IR CODES FROM ITS LIBRARY TO THE SELECTED DEVICE,
6. Press POWER. The tv should turn on, then press SETUP to lock in the code.
NOTE: I noticed when I was too slow doing this, it didn't work so try not to hesitate too long between steps.
