When I try to install Java I receive an error message: HKEY_LOCAL_Machine/software/javasoft/java runtime environment 1.6.0_22. Another error message follows:error 1714. Unable to uninstall previous versions of Java 1.6_22. Then yet another pop up that states: The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disc that is not available. Insert Java 6 update 20 disc. This is driving me insane as I have done all I know to do to remedy this situation. I also have Mozilla as my web browser. And also: in my firewall, does application and driver recovery need to be added to exceptions list? I really appreciate your help. Thank you. Deborah
