The pc dont read the sound card

Go to the computers website (Example: Dell.com)

Download the latest audio driver

Click on it

Install

Then (Right click my computer, Manage, Device Manager Make sure its there, check if you have any yellow question marks)

go to control panel, Audio Devices, Click Audio tab, Default device, select that driver, then click the voice tab, do the same for that one,,,,,,Does it work now?

Uninstall any sound drivers you installed.
Download microsoft UAA drivers and install them FIRST then reboot go to device drivers and update the sound one
