Can't get the flywheel off of a model

Question

Can't get the flywheel off of a model 6000062AVO025.  I used a flywheel puller with no success.  Is there an o ring or key that is holding it in place I don't see?  How does it come off?

Tap the bolt of the puller while you tighten it, spay some penetrating oil on the shaft and leave it for a while and try again.  If that is unsuccessful, apply a little heat to the flywheel and try the above again.
