Hi, basicly i got my blue ipod nano 2nd gen off my friend and when i downloaded itunes suddenly all my music was deleted and a message saying empty disk and when i try to sync music i have errors on every song please help!!!

Normally, you cannot sync an ipod to more than one system at a time. You have to wipe out all the songs that it previously occupied before so that it can accept songs from a new computer.
It is quite normal for all the songs that were previously on it to be flushed out when you connect it to a new computer.
Now to the main issue of getting errors on every song, this is not normal.
The only solution to this is to restore the software using the itunes program.
This will help you format the memory of the device thereby removing any sort of system errors or malfunctions in the system of the device.
