i have a highlander portable

i have a highlander portable air conditioner..it does'nt run probaly on cool nor doe's it drain water..it keeps switching off showing message on screen E4 fault..please advise..did not recieve manual in box when i purchased it..regards john

E-4 Abnormality of out door unit or overload in compressor. Check condenser coil, if dusty clean it. F.motor struck, replace it.
Running amps gradually increasing means weak capacitor. Replace capacitor.
