Open out a paper clip, pull the power connection out of the back of the DLink.
On the back of the DLink is a tiny hole with "reset" written above it, poke the end of the paper clip into the hole untill you feel a tiny switch click down, hold the switch down and put the power plug back in (this takes three hands) hold the switch down for ten seconds and your modem/router will be set back to factory settings.

It's been a month or two since I did a DLink and I cant remember which it is.
