Have you checked the ignitor by doing an ampere test on the wires going to the ignitor should be drawing 3-3.3 amps any less then this would constitute a weak ignitor and the flame would light and go out or light late or not in time if you have any futher questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations you can perform the ampere test with a multimeter Thanks Rick
