1st create shortcut in your desktop
how to creat?
here sir click right in your mouse then creat shortcut 
after that this image will appear . . .like this 
2nd: now pasted this in blank section %SystemRoot%\system32\sndvol32.exe
3rd: click next and name your shortcut volume . . . .
and your done . . . .:)
