Me screen will not function, it is visible on the phone, but is locked up and none of the touch features work. When I slide to unlock, nothing happens. I am receiving phone calls and texts but cannot access them because the phone will not unlock. I can get to the power off function, but again cannot activate it because nothing happens when I slide to power off.
