    When I Enter 1 0 2 0 0 0 0
    it says invalid password

Also, I already have a prime (day) and alternate (night) greeting. I really don't want to erase those i just want to record my personal one.

You probably have 120000 as your Mailbox code, set your personal greeting number as 13 and it should work I believe.

Record a greeting at a specific number, 13, etc then put that number into your personal greeting area.

Ok so I did all this and now when ppl call the main line- my personal greeting pops up.
So i changed it back to the original.
When ppl call they get the main line and then dial 21 to get to me, if i don't answer it goes to my pers message- that's what I want to change.
I recorded my personal message under 13- but how do i get it to play when i don't pick up during business hours?

OH! I'm sorry haha I'm the phone admin for the whole office so I get a little confused between personal and company wide.

For this one press Voice mail, then input your password, then press admin, then Greet, then choose then put it your number 13.

Actually I'm not sure you can choose the number when you pick the greeting, you might only be able to choose between main and alternate greetings

I get it now! You're thinking personal greeting is a personal greeting for your mailbox, nope, that is a personal greeting for a specific incoming caller ID. Your voicemail greetings are recorded on main and alternate.

Thanks for all of your help.
I still don't understand cause it worked fine last week, we moved locations and they set up our phones and the only thing effected was my personal voicemail and now i have no idea how to set it up again.
Prime= Thanks for calling (business name) blah blah blah if you would like to reach this person dial this
Alternate= hi you've reached (business name) after business hours...for emergency dial 7
Personal (so i thought)= Hi you've reached (me) at extension 21, please leave a message

So how do I record the last one?

Prime and Alternate within your voicemail box are for your personal extension.
The ones inside of the AA screen are for your entire office.
