I have bought a universal remote for my dvd player and Sungale is not listed, and I need a code.

I've never heard of that manufacturer, so I'd suggest searching Google for "Sungale remote control codes" and you might find others that are having similar problems with their universal remotes.

I don't think there is a code for this brand. The remote may be OK, but the DVD player is of a brand which isn't widely known.

Enter the model number of the remote you need codes for in; 2.Search For Downloadable Files.
Once you see the remote you are using click on View Details, click on Download File.
Find the code for your device and program the universal remote control as indicated by the manufacturer.
