K-Lite Codec Pack will update your codecs automatically for you if you use windows. I suggest downloading the Basic or Standard versions.

If that doesn't work (though it will) you may also just be interested in using a different media-player program you can try VLC Player. It's open source and natively supports almost every format.

Hi,
It is always good if you provide us with some more detail about the issue but given your description I would say that it is an incompatibility with some of the (probably) video/music files you are uploading, try to upload one by one and you will be able to detect which one is causing the problem and perhaps convert it to a different format using some software for it.
