J12 models are quite simply to operate. Pull the crown and set the time. If there is a screw down crown, unscrew it first and then pull.

I had another think about it and discovered that the watch make Chanel does not appear to be made by Boluva or at least not sold by them.
Chanel has their own web site but it does not have any download for instructions. I can only suggest that you go to the Chanel web site "chanel.com", select "store locator" and find your nearest stockist. They should be able to help you.
