Are you trying to save to your HDD or to a Memory Card? I would check online on their forums for it being a possible bug in the game or to see if anyone else is having the same issues. I know this type of thing is common among various other games such as Fable 3. I had this game since it launched, all was well till about 1/2 way through the game now the game won't save and it freezes every time you load it. I've troubleshooted every possible scenario and the conclusion I found in their forums is that other people have the same problem and that the game developer simply won't acknowledge this and says it's a problem with your xbox which it definitely isn't.
