The product code mentioned on the box is - JO418 and the name of the product is - Aquarium Take-Along Swing. The swing has been damaged and need repair. The "Non slip feet hold swing securely" has been damaged and broken from the joint and needs repair. Can you please help me so that the product can be of some use to us.

I have the same swing and they confused me aswell as it says nothing about them on the instructions, but I had a look at the picture on the box and finally figured it out!
If you fold the swing completely flat (you can un clip the white parts on the base so the legs swing backwards so the swing is completley flat) then the two straps from underneath wrap around and secure it with the velcro! Hope that helps, Emily.

Possible problems causing this are corroded wires (batteries left in too long), and pinched or worn wires. To remove controls, use flathead screwdriver or butter knife, and lift out two bottom tabs - then lift and pull gently towards you to remove top tab.

Grey wires leading to mobile can easily get squished and sever, or worn through. I had to solder 2x grey wires that were severed. Lights are LED so very little chance of them all burning out.
