why can't you give the product code over the phone. So I do not have to take it to you. So I don't lose my stuff.

Note If you are converting a trial version of Office, you must use the Product Key from a full version of Office. Your full version Product Key can be found either on the package you purchased at a store or in the confirmation email you received after making your purchase of Office online.

THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS NOW WHAT U WILL HAVE TO GIVE US PRODUCT CODE ONLINE OR WILL I LOSE EVERYTHING IF I BRING IT IN SO YOU CAB FIX IT>

Should be able to recover or save evrything on the hard drive, but no garantees. It depends on what happened exactly, and won't know until it's looked into. As far as a time line, it will depend on the work schedule, the tech assigned to your machine will be able to tell you.

Try this key. If it doesn't work you will need to bring it in.
