I have a problem with my Konica Minota Page Pro 1380 MF. I used this printer on a laptop and now i installed it on a desktop computer. On the screen of the printer it appears a message "Open front cover Remove paper" And the red error light is on. I hope you can help me, Thank you, Ioana Cimpean

Try to see if you can select print preview first to see if it allow auto resizing or not…let me know

try www.konica-minolta.us then "printers",then "pagepro", then "pagepro1380MF", then "software&driver". That should do the trick.

SOURCE: i am using windows 7

No driver for win7 but try use Vista 32.
