first i would ask why running XP? anyway, XP is no longer supported but you may find the drivers by going to the Dell website, find download support link page, put in the model/serial number? of the monitor when it asks you to identify it(or a tag #), it will search and then ask for the OS you are using, etc. Drivers will be displayed, choose carefully.
It probably doe snot have the drivers that operate these speakers.
The CD it is asking for may be included in the package with the speakers.
or you may have to download the drivers from the web page of the speaker distributors.
