Most wireless mice turn on when you put the batteries in. If not, then maybe there's a button on the bottom that syncs it with the USB receiver. Maybe pushing that will work.

How to connect an onn wireless mouse to a lenovo chromebook? i tried doing this 3 times and still wont connect.

Firstly, try turning over your Bluetooth mouse and find the power switch. Make sure it's turned to ON.
You should see the optical light turn on (usually red). Place the mouse back flat on your mouse pad.
On your Chromebook, select the lower right corner of the taskbar. In the window that pops up, select the Bluetooth icon.
If the Bluetooth status is currently off, enable the toggle switch to enable Bluetooth. Once enabled, you'll see a scanning status as your Chromebook looks for active,
nearby Bluetooth devices. When your wireless mouse appears, you can select it to pair and connect to it.
Once your Chromebook has made its connection with your Bluetooth wireless mouse, you'll notice the mouse pointer moving when you move your mouse

How do i connect my hp wireless mouse to the computer

The first step is to install its driver, after taht you can connect the wireless dongle into a free USB port of your computer, then put the batteries inside the mouse and turn it on, in the most of cases, the wireless dongle and mouse sinchronize automatically, if they don't, there's a small botton in both devices press it in each one to synchronize them manually.

Trying to install logitech wireless mouse on Acer laptop with Windows 7 but not seeing the device. Wireless button is on and active on the laptop

Wireless button on laptop has nothing to do with wireless mouse. Plug in your mouse receiver that come with the mouse in to a USB port on your Laptop. Turn on your Mouse and hold the reset or sync button on the bottom of your mouse for a few seconds, so that the receiver can synchronize with your mouse. Mouse should now work OK

My case logic optical mouse will not link up

Is this a wired or wireless mouse?

If this is a wired mouse, try connecting it into different USB port or different computer so that you would know if there's a problem with the USB ports or with the computer or with the mouse.

If this is wireless, try the following:

1. Replace the batteries of the mouse.
2. Make sure that the mouse is turned ON.
3. Try connecting the USB wireless adapter of the mouse into different USB ports.
4. Connect also the adapter into different computer.
5. Make sure that there's no interference between the adapter and the mouse such as wireless phones, cell phones and other wireless devices.

Wireless mouse, cordless phones and cellphones are all running at 2.4Ghz frequency, so if there's a wireless device that's running on the same wireless freq, then it would interfere with the mouse that would cause the mouse not to work.

If same problem occurs after checking everything, then contact the manufacturer of the mouse for RMA (repair).

Have a great day!

Wireless mouse/ keyboard will not work when 2nd computer is on

There must be interference on the signal from the mouse by the second PC

Make sure that there are no power cables close to the mouse or receiver, I have seen this cause problems many times.

You could also try changing the channel in the router settings in case this is causing the problem, it may be on the same channel as the mouse but only interferring when the second PC is turned on, ta, HPC
