We have the Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore Character Casting Kit by Tomy. The site on the box www.tomy.eu is not working for me. We dont have the instructions and can't figure out how much water or if any other ingredients are needed to be added to the powder before pouring into the cast. Any idea on this?

Hi, I've had the same problem with the Tomy WalkAbout Platinum - and, indeed, no help to be found on any website.

Eventually traced the problem to the temperature reset button on the child unit (the blue button to the side). This button was lodged solid in the device; on inspection because of the wire of the temperature sensor.

I've opened up the child unit (remove the four small screws with a watchmakers screwdriver) and removed the entire temp. reset button.

The set up works as normal (but with a bit of gap). With a bit more time, you might be able to fix the temperature sensor wire and get the temperature reset to work again.
