My Proform 380E has only

My Proform 380E has only been used about 5 times since we bought it.  I turned it on the other day to actually use it and the belt won't move even though I can hear the motor running and the display shows but you cannot change anything on it.

Watch this video.
1) observe if the main motor is running, be carefull with you hands.

2) See the drive belt motor is o.k or is broken and replace+ or flywheel is loosen or broken too.

3) Test if the motor is turning with good speed adjust speed. Test the speed sensor.
