Did all the disk you insert was not reading to device.. and got the same error code..?
have you try to do a optical head cleaning?
you must have a cd cleaner.

c´m on men, i know that, why don´t you send me the whole story about this problem? i mean the 1-2-3 or a b c steps in order to know if this can be fix or not. I supposed there are no extra charge for this answers, right?
