Image runner 3300 error code

I turn on the copier, and an error code autimatically comes up and nothing can be done the error code is : E000002-0000

It is a fuser film unit problem,thermistor is a poor contact (or) fixing heater is a problem.
do the following
press additionel function* button at once & press 2&8 buttons at a time and again press additonel function* button.
select COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERROR>OK.
turn off the machine & on its again.
all the best.
