Silly me. I didnt completed plug in the 2nd RAW into the motherboard. it seems it burn out the motherboard or something.
After I turn off the machine and completely plug in 2nd RAW, it become a long BEEP. so I took the 2nd RAW out, and I got the Bios screen, CPU some mess up, need reconfigure, I load the default value, save and quit. then no signal to screen, after restart , it is same, Bios->save&quit -> no signal.
So I try to unplug everything (even the battery) and do the test. in today, even I put one RAW, no bios screen, no signal to screen at all.
so what should I try ? Is the motherboard dead ?
No motherboard is not dead ...
in motherboard there will be one IC (integrated circuit)called as video adapter IC ..
this IC will be situated near the AGP port if your motherboard needs graphics card if your motherboard has onboard video then it will be there near by the PCI slots ...
if this IC is gone or burnt you will not get the signals to the monitor ...
and if you are using the graphics card just have a check with the graphics card once there may also be some problem in the graphics card some IC might have burnt out in that ...
just once you remove the graphics card and insert it again and then try switching it on ...
if the video adapter IC is burnt out then you need to get replaced that by taking your motherboard to the motherboard technician ..
this will fix your problem ...
thank you

Sounds like the RAM slot or motherboard might've gotten damaged when the second stick wasn't seated properly. If you're not getting any signal now even with one stick, the board could be done. You can try clearing CMOS again, but it may need replacing.
