MC - Memory Clear. this clears all contents of the memory
MR - Memory Recall. This displays the current content in the memory
MS - Memory Save. This saves the current display to memory.
M+ - Memory Add. This adds the current figure to the value already present in memory.

Without knowing the make and model of calculator, I can't be absolutely certain. However, on many calculators they would be "Memory Clear", "Memory Recall", and "Memory Store".
MS stores the displayed value into a memory register. MR recalls the stored value and places it into the display. MC clears the stored value.
