Hello. I have been trying to record with my Edirol FA-66. If I connect a mic (I tested it with several, for example: sm57) through XLR / Jack, Phantom power switched on / off, limiter on / off, 44.4 / 48 kHz, Roland adaptor powered. I can't hear a thing until sens is set at the maximum settings. It would seem that i have the same problem as this chap - http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?130719-Soundcard-problem-very-urgent!!! - So i have trobleshooted everything everyone offerd in this post.
