I have a Uniden BC60XLT-1 scanner that was my mothers but can not find the manual so I have no idea how to program it to work! Help! i do not know how to program my scanner

Very Very simple.
Turn it on and hit Manu then ch 1, or 2 or 3 etc to 10. Example: Hit Manu then ch 1. you can enter something like 145.350 but you can not enter 145.3525 it will only do steps of 5cycls. an other example: 145.8625 you can do 862 or 863 the recieve on it is pretty wide so you should be able to hear something. Need any more help ask. it's only 10 ch's. A friend of mine spend two hrs trying to enter 145.8625. Finally he called and said whats wrong with my radio? I said sorry that radio does not do the 4th digit. LOL.
