Which cellular service do you have? The Wildfire S is the HTC A510C. The manual for US Cellular is available here: http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-wildfire-s-us-cellular/howto/318731.html . Look at the top right of the page for User Guide. The direct link to the manual is http://dl4.htc.com/web_materials/Manual/HTC_Wildfire_S/HTC_Wildfire_S_USC_User_Guide.pdf .

For other cellular networks, start at http://www.htc.com/us/support/ (Devices & Accessories). Enter Wildfire in the Search box and then select your provider. The User's Guides will be in the same relative location.

Hi there fellow Wildfire user, there's no option yet to use it as a PC webcam, but definitely you can use it as a modem of your computer, and can also work as a wireless router, provided that you have a data plan for internet access.
