I can't able to decrease the volume but i can increase the volume

Restating mayursatpute's solution.
With your Nokia phone in its default menu state, press the volume increase button (the multimedia one on the right hand side of the phone). Then a volume indicator will show on the main screen (only briefly, 1-2 seconds). While that volume indicator is showing, you can use the up and down arrows of your 5 way navigator to adjust volume (hopefully those buttons work for you...)

C, when u decrese the volume, then volume level appeares on screen. That time, simply press up key. Volume will increse.
